Perlite:

Volcanic enamel, formed due to sudden cooling of lava. Its peculiar feature is the ability to even the volume expansion due to high temperature heating (expansion) at 950 - 1150 º C. Expanded Perlite arises in the form of light, small, porous particles. It is widely used worldwide in many industries. This material, which has successfully replaced, and even displaced other materials of this type. Characteristics are; taupe, gray or white it can be transparent to translucent, has a relatively high content of alkaline substances and low in iron and titanium oxides.

Physicochemical data of expanded perlite:
• Chemical composition:
- SiO2: about 69%
- Al2O3: about 18%
- Fe2O3 + CaO + MgO + K2O: 13%
• Weight by volume (depending on type): 40-190kg/m3
• Thermal conductivity: 0,04-0,06 W / (mxK)!
• Working temperature: from 900 degrees centigrade to 200st.C

Expanded Perlite:

• Extremely durable and lightweight
• Excellent sound and thermal conduction
• Sterile and odourless
• Harmless to health
• Does not contain chemicals - completely non-toxic
• Flammability class: A1 - COMPLETELY non-flammable
• Excellent indifference and neutrality: neutral pH
• Resistant to pests, moisture and decay
• Multilateral applications in all industries.

APPLICATION perlite:

• Construction Industry
• Agricultural Industry
• Food industry
• Steel industry
